Suresh Karampudi

Suresh Karampudi is Director of PRI Global India, Hyderabad and Pune Operations. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Hotel Management.
Suresh joined PRI Global in 2012 and has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the U.S. and India recruitment industry from bottom up – from working with Fortune 100 companies to managing client delivery and operations. Learning robust technologies and not only advising clients with project solutions but also find the right talent to ramp up million-dollar projects, Suresh has been an advisor and talent partner to several billion-dollar enterprises. He has extensive experience in implementing development planning initiatives within an agreed framework, linked to business needs and budget.
Suresh is responsible for finding top talent for the company and creating industry-leading recruiting policies and processes. He leads the overall service delivery of the recruitment team and works closely to measure KPIs and build strong stakeholder relationships. He also assists in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strives to be an ambassador for the company at every interaction.
Suresh is managing a large team across India, and he ensures the strategic planning to maximize program effectiveness. Suresh ensures the data compliance via onsite reporting team – mentoring and coaching sourcing team as well as monitoring results including the pipeline and talent pool creation. Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the recruitment delivery process, including in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages, and team responsibilities.
