Yes, most contracts with PRI’s clients have the opportunity for direct hire. PRI is supportive of full-time conversion as it benefits our employees and helps to strengthen our client relationships.

PRI Global offers our consultants a competitive benefits package with healthcare insurance including vision and dental, 401(k) plan, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, legal, and additional voluntary benefits. As a PRI employee, you are entitled to participate in any and all offerings for which you meet the eligibility requirements. In most cases, PRI Global’s’ consultants are paid on a bi-weekly basis (every two weeks), based on the number of hours worked and the position’s pay rate.
