Q: What kind of benefits does PRI provide its consultants?
A: PRI offers our consultants a competitive benefits package with healthcare insurance, including vision, dental, 401(k) plan, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, legal, and additional voluntary benefits. As a PRI employee you are entitled to participate in any and all offerings for which you meet the eligibility requirements. Upon hiring, you will receive a complete package outlining the various benefits available to you.
Q: Do you offer vacation time?
A: PRI values a healthy work/ life balance and offers paid time off for all internal employees
For our contractors, PRI offers highly competitive hourly rates to substitute paid vacation time. PRI welcomes all contractors to utilize vacation time with client approval.
Q: What additional perks does PRI provide?
A: PRI Global values the health and well-being of all employees and has partnered with Gold’s Gym on several initiatives. In addition to free membership for internal employees, there are fitness challenges, 360-degree body scans, personal training sessions, and other fitness engagements throughout the year.
PRI Global also offers a wide array of continuing educational opportunities. This includes certification courses, web-based training, and various other supplemental learning programs to help bolster your skillset and contribute to your career success.
PRI has partnered with ADP on additional perks including discounted phone plans, pet insurance, tuition reimbursement.

Q: Does PRI offer Visa sponsorship?

Q: My contract tenure is nearing completion. What’s next?
A: Your dedicated PRI recruiter and the team of Client Partners will put forth maximum effort to locate your next project, and this could be on our ongoing SOW projects or contracting jobs with our client. Our sourcing team will proactively begin to market your profile several weeks before your anticipated end date. PRI has a diverse client portfolio with projects in markets across the nation, as well as a strong local presence in St. Louis, MO.
Q: Can I be considered for full-time employment with any of PRI’s clients if I am working as a contractor?
A: Yes, most contracts with PRI’s clients have the opportunity for direct hire. PRI is supportive of full-time conversion as it benefits our employees and helps to strengthen our client relationships.

Q: How often does PRI Global pay its consultants?
A: In most cases, PRI Global’s’ consultants are paid on a bi-weekly basis (every two weeks), based on the number of hours worked and the position’s pay rate.
Q: Can I be alerted to new PRI jobs in a certain area?
A: Yes, once you create an account on the PRI Global Careers Portal, you can create email alerts for job opportunities based on location, skills required, and other criteria.
