President

Karen Myers is President of PRI Global. As President, Karen is responsible for developing the strategic planning, vision, business direction, and financial goals for the company, and managing Fortune 100 strategic accounts. Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the organization. Karen is involved in global sales, marketing, human resources, solutions delivery, information technology, and the security of PRI Global’s international and domestic business operations. Karen is also responsible for managing and supervising top-level executives and management personnel and leads the execution of PRI Global’s business strategy and growth.

Karen serves as PRI Global’s executive diversity champion, leading the executive diversity leadership and management team and providing strategic direction for the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Throughout her career, Karen has had a rich history of forging strong business relationships with Fortune 500 company senior leaders, and she is responsible for developing principal cornerstone accounts for PRI Global.

Karen is responsible for maintaining an effective risk review process, providing company-wide policy, direction, training and oversight of contracts, staffing, delivery, statement of work, contingency, information technology, and security matters, and ensuring that all PRI Global’s businesses meet acceptable performance standards in these areas.

Karen joined PRI Global in 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience and has served in a variety of positions within the company as a recruiter, sales representative, customer relationship manager, operations, delivery, and business development. Karen is a visionary, thought leader, and steadfast advocate promoting innovation and technology, increasing productivity, and leveraging technology to improve business solutions and process improvement.

Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Innovation Officer

Remingio “Remi” Silva is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Innovation Officer (CTIO) for PRI Global Inc. Prior to leading PRI Global’s technology and cyber security activities, Remi led Fortune 500 companies, U.S Department of Defense, and U.S. Federal Government Cyber Security, Information Technology, and Global Logistics organizations. In these organizations, Remi served as a Military Officer in the United States Army, served as an Executive in the U.S. Federal Government Senior Executive Service, and a Corporate Executive in Fortune 100 companies.

Remi is providing corporate leadership, strategy, and vision in the areas of information technology, cybersecurity, and compliance for PRI’s operations in the U.S. and India. In his previous roles, Mr. Silva led supercomputing efforts for groups within the U.S. Federal Government; served as a CIO, CTO, and CISO for Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, and Department of Energy, cyber security, compliance, risk management, information technology, cloud computing, and infrastructure programs; oversaw merger and acquisition activities for a Fortune 100 financial institution; and led an enterprise wide Cyber Security and Compliance effort for a Fortune 50 energy company.

Remi is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, D.C. Cyber Security and InfoSec Professionals, MIT Center for Information Systems Research, American Society of Logistics, and Cloud Computing Professionals.

Remi attended Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Northwestern University, Trinity University, and Penn State University earning a Master of Science degree in Global Logistics (Supply Chain Management) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Technology, and is a Senior Fellow from Harvard, MIT, and is a certified Chief Information Officer and Lean Six Sigma expert.

Indu is an accomplished technology leader with expertise in a diverse range of technologies across domains. Indu joined PRI Global in 2018, and is responsible for ensuring that we deliver the maximum value to each client. Her leadership skills motivate individuals to maximize productivity while forming cohesive team environments. As a member of our executive team, Indu participates in developing and implementing strategic solutions to facilitate constant growth.

Indu enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and volunteering in her community when she’s not at work.
