Keenan Patel is CEO of PRI Global at PRI Global. Keenan is responsible for the global strategic financial planning and operations across the organization. Keenan began his career in the financial industry, where he was heavily involved in finding solutions for process efficiency and optimization.

Demonstrating both an entrepreneurial and an intrapreneurial spirit, Keenan has an innate ability to quickly identify and actualize valuable ideas and employ shrewd strategies that maximize organizational capabilities, operations, and staff performance. Since joining PRI Global in 2014, Keenan has been focused on technology-driven business services and solutions and driving profitable revenue growth across the organization to position PRI Global for long term success.

Keenan has been instrumental in the organization’s realized growth with his involvement in process-driven solutions and integrating business units into a cohesive, matrixed organization. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He believes continuous education and learning are the building blocks for success and is currently pursuing his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan.

Ajay Patel is Chairman of PRI Global. As chairman, Ajay is a visionary, thought leader, entrepreneur, planner, and strategist, leveraging technology and best practices to develop innovative business solutions to support customers’ needs.

Ajay is laser focused on growing the business, providing sound leadership and advice to companies and C-level executives related to Talent, technology, cyber security, compliance, artificial intelligence, and business solutions.

Throughout Ajay’s 24 years as CEO of PRI Global, he has developed numerous long-lasting business relationships and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies globally.

Ajay has more than 30 years of hands-on experience working in a variety of IT roles as an architect, programmer, analyst, project lead, and project manager for various industrial-leading companies.

Ajay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and attended Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is an active member of the Vistage Group, the world’s largest executive coaching organization for small and midsize businesses.

Marla Dicandia is the Chief Financial Officer of PRI Global, where she oversees the company’s global Finance, Accounting, and People Operations. A strategic and operational leader, Marla partners closely with the executive team to ensure PRI Global’s financial strength, operational excellence, and scalable growth trajectory.

With over two decades of leadership in financial and human resources management, Marla brings deep expertise in financial stewardship, risk management, and organizational transformation. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and implementing disciplined financial and operational frameworks that empower PRI Global to invest boldly in innovation and talent while maintaining rigorous fiscal responsibility.

Prior to joining PRI Global, Marla held senior finance and operational roles across multiple technology and professional services organizations, where she successfully led companies through periods of growth, change, and market expansion. Her approach blends strategic insight with hands-on leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives, financial priorities and organizational culture.

Marla is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Creighton University. She is dedicated to fostering a people-first culture and is a key driver of PRI Global’s commitment to sustainable growth and delivering exceptional value to clients and employees alike.

Suresh Karampudi is the Managing Director of PRI Global India, where he leads the firm’s operations, delivery excellence, and talent strategy across the region. As PRI Global continues to expand its global footprint, Suresh plays a pivotal role in scaling our India operations to drive high-impact solutions and client success worldwide.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in technology consulting, delivery management, and operations, Suresh brings deep expertise in building and leading high-performing teams across complex, global engagements. He is passionate about operational excellence and is committed to ensuring PRI Global delivers transformative outcomes for clients by leveraging the best of India’s world-class talent and innovation ecosystem.

At PRI Global, Suresh focuses on strengthening delivery frameworks, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative culture that empowers teams to innovate and grow. He works closely with the executive leadership team to align regional execution with the company’s global strategic goals, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences.

Suresh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has a proven track record of successfully guiding technology initiatives across industries and geographies. His leadership is instrumental in advancing PRI Global’s mission to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions for our clients worldwide.

Steve has spent 30 years in the technology and software industries and oversees Corporate Strategy, Revenue, and Marketing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from Bradley University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University.

Dave is a 35 year veteran of the technology space and has served as CIO/CTO for several fortune 100 companies. Dave oversees our strategy and delivery across all of our IT Services platform. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Communications from Arizona State University, a Master of Science from Cornell University.
