Karen Myers is President of PRI Global. In this role, Karen is responsible for developing the strategic planning, vision, business direction, and financial goals for the company, and managing Fortune 100 strategic accounts. Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the organization. Karen is involved in global sales, marketing, human resources, solutions delivery, information technology, and the security of PRI Global’s international and domestic business operations. Karen is also responsible for managing and supervising top-level executives and management personnel and leads the execution of PRI Global’s business strategy and growth.

Karen serves as PRI Global’s executive diversity champion, leading the executive diversity leadership and management team and providing strategic direction for the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Throughout her career, Karen has had a rich history of forging strong business relationships with Fortune 500 company senior leaders, and she is responsible for developing principal cornerstone accounts for PRI Global.

Karen is responsible for maintaining an effective risk review process, providing company-wide policy, direction, training and oversight of contracts, staffing, delivery, statement of work, contingency, information technology, and security matters, and ensuring that all PRI Global’s businesses meet acceptable performance standards in these areas.

Karen joined PRI Global in 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience and has served in a variety of positions within the company as a recruiter, sales representative, customer relationship manager, operations, delivery, and business development. Karen is a visionary, thought leader, and steadfast advocate promoting innovation and technology, increasing productivity, and leveraging technology to improve business solutions and process improvement.
