Indu Varatharaj is Executive Vice President of Technology and Delivery at PRI Global. With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Indu is a visionary leader with a strong track record of building high-performance teams and the ability to build relationships with strategic partners across multiple organizational levels.
Indu’s primary responsibilities include driving strategic direction, building high-performance teams, employee engagement and retention, succession planning, cultural change, executive engagement and development, communication, workforce analytics and resource deployment, diversity and inclusiveness, and organizational performance management.
The strengths that Indu brings to PRI Global include leadership in clarifying and setting direction and executing on a plan for positive change, “connecting the dots” (understanding how things should connect and align), fostering collaboration across different functional areas, being innovative and creative, and acting as a trusted adviser & coach.
Indu holds a Master’s in Computer Application and Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master, Project Management Professional and trained Talent Management and Retention Professional.
